Show-wood
Many show-wood frames have been designed using solid hardwoods, including American Oak, African Walnut, Mahogany and Beech.
Construction is by dowel and glued joints for maximum strength.
Separate suspension units are used for comfort and for reducing stress on the frame to a minimum. Models shown have their arm, seat and back foams moulded or constructed into one piece for ease of manufacture.
